Your spending plan is for a lesser amount than your budget. Pls reconcile these figures. We'd like to see more detail in your spending plan, such as the number of hours x the rate for YMCA staff, teachers and counselors. You could upload correspondence from the Y, for example, explaining what you'll receive from them for $15,000. For a project of these size, we'd like to see a little more due diligence in tying down the expected costs. There's nothing in the plan that shows us why your budget items are what they are. You've been doing this project for many years and should be able to more acutely detail your anticipated expenses.

There was an error in the recent notification that the District's block grant has been approved by The Rotary Foundation. The date should have been July 15, 2025. When reporting your grant upon project completion, your receipts will need to show expenses incurred after that date. Thank you for participating in TRF grants!

P-5522 (Everyday Leadership 2025-2026) is progressing as planned. Approximately 30 Rotarians visited the schools during the fall semester to meet the students discuss the importance of leadership behavior. Rotarians will meet with the students again in the spring semester to discussed what they have learned and how they are using the information. Five more low-income schools have initiated the program with funds raised at Rotary events and donations. Celebrations will be held at each school in the spring semester. Over 300 students are participating.
