Summary: Swimming lessons for local children


Approximately 4000 unintentional drownings occur annually in the United States. The Rotary Club of St. Paul plan to provide financing for children in St. Paul and the surrounding communities to take swimming lessons. Swimming lessons run $30-$40 per child, depending upon age. The grant budget will provide financing for 50-60 children. Financing for lessons will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
