Activity Type:
Community Development: Construction/Renovation
Summary: 3 security gates will be installed for better safety of the residents
The BREAL Senior Apartments is a non-profit, 30 unit, ultra low-income senior apartment building that was built and funded by the Brea Rotary Club in 1980. There are 3 entrances to the building that are open to the public. In the past years, we have had strangers access the building that do not belong. For the safety of the building, 3 security gates will be installed at the 3 entrances. The project should take 3 months to complete beginning in December 2026. The funds will only be used to purchase the materials. Labor will be volunteer provided by Brea Rotarians.
