Project Description Country: USA Location: Valentine, NE Total Budget: $625 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Literacy Summary: Install a Little Free Library for both children and adults to make books more accessible in Valentine, NE, USA We will install a Little Free Library to serve an area of town where children and adults may not have library cards, have easy access to books or own books. The Little Free Library is based upon the honor system of take a book, leave a book. The club members will find a suitable location, build and install the Little Free Library, purchase or donate a variety of books to stock it and maintain the book inventory throughout the year.
