This project promotes the leadership of families and youth in coffee farming in four deparments: Quindío,
Valle del Cauca, Huila, and Boyacá, transforming small family farms into sustainable and profitable productive units. Through added value, to fair markets, and responsible agricultural practices.
Strengthen the economy and sustainability of coffee-growing families in Quindío, Valle del
Cauca, Huila, and Boyacá, who between them produce 40% of the total production in
Colombia, by empowering producer families, promoting generational succession, and implementing sustainable, value-added production models that preserve the Coffee Cultural Landscape, generating higher incomes, social cohesion, and environmental resilience in rural communities.
Increase household income through productive diversification, value-added coffee processing, and access to differentiated markets with a fair-trade approach.Empower coffee-growing families by strengthening their leadership,participation in associations, and access to ownership and control of productive resources.
