Project Description Country: USA Location: Phoenix AZ Total Budget: $5,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Scholarship Summary: Ten $500 scholarships to community college students who are entering Emergency medical technician studies (EMT) These so scholarships will provide these students with the opportunity to get their feet in the door to a career. Monies will help with books,and supplies,along with any other educational needs. Rotary club members will review applications and choose best ones. Paradise Valley Community College staff and rotary members will be involved with evaluation process.
