Project Description Country: USA Location: Minden Total Budget: $778 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: Construction/Renovation Summary: Project will be to purchase and install a flag pole and flag at Minden's new Chataqua Park The Rotary Club of Minden will celebrate its 100th year in 2026. In recognition of this milestone the club is planning to purchase a flag and flagpole for Minden's Chataqua Park as a gift to the community in recognition of 100 years of service above self. The club will also host a centennial celebration in June 2026 at the park on the day of the flag/flagpole presentation. The City of Minden has agreed to provide landscaping and install the flagpole.
