RCVP will provide funding to go towards student scholarships for college readiness workshops, including application coaching, interview prep, and financial aid guidance and/or transportation assistance to ensure access for students who otherwise could not attend sessions. The goal is to provide a pathway to break the cycle of poverty.
The total funding for this grant is $500, but it is expected that approximately 3-6 Rotarians will also participate as guest mentors or career speakers and attend key milestone events, such as summer graduation ceremonies or career workshops. The funds will be granted after approval from TRF, and project will be completed by June 30, 2026.
