Project Description Country: USA Location: Chappell, Nebraska Total Budget: $1,100 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: Construction/Renovation Summary: Purchase round picnic table for new splash pad being constructed this summer. The Chappell community has raised the funds to construct a new splash pad at the swimming pool park. The Chappell Rotary Club would like to purchase a round picnic table for parents and/or grandparents to be able to use to hold their towels, sunscreen, and snacks while the young people are enjoying the splash pad. With the small seats, it makes it easier for the adults to get in and out of the table. This project will assist with the exercise our young people all while improving the area around the new splash pad.
