Project Description Country: USA Location: ONeill, NE Total Budget: $3,062 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: Construction/Renovation Summary: The American Legion ONeill Baseball Field needs much repair and upgrades to bring area tournaments and teams to our community. The community foundation has identified the American Legion Baseball Fields as an area of improvement for the community of O'Neill. The fields are in much needed repair and upgrades to host area tournaments and district tournaments. The project includes a steel awning over the bleachers over both the home and visiting teams, a new scoreboard and netting over the press box bleachers. By hosting the tournaments, it brings teams, families and spectators to the O'Neill community.
