Provide services at a highly subsidized cost, with free access for Below Poverty Line (BPL) patients, ensuring equitable healthcare access.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, including radiation safety protocols.

Implement a quarterly staff recognition system to promote quality care and optimal utilization.

Enable safe, precise, and real-time imaging during surgeries.

Improve surgical accuracy, reduce complications, and shorten procedure time.

Enhance patient outcomes across specialties such as orthopaedics, urology, trauma, neurology, and gastroenterology.

Benefit patients from Hubballi-Dharwad and other parts of North Karnataka.

Serve over 600 OPD patients per month, including 120â€"150 surgical patients monthly.

Support low-income and underserved communities who rely on affordable treatment.

Reduce dependency on costly private hospitals and external referrals.

Strengthen the hospital’s ability to deliver equitable, high-quality surgical care locally.

Create a sustainable, long-term impact on community health.

Strengthen surgical care at Hubli Co-operative Hospital (established in 1923), a trusted charitable institution serving underserved communities.
